Property Description

The terraced corner house, built in 1979-1980 in solid brick construction, is part of a larger terraced house estate from the 60s to 80s. It is the 5th house from the street and therefore well shielded from street noise. The house is located in a 30 zone with a playground on the opposite side of the street. There is a garage in the adjoining garage yard.
The terrace and balcony are ideally oriented to the south. You can see the mountains from the top floor. At 328m², the corner terraced house offers a significantly larger plot than is usual for mid-terraced houses. The large garden faces south. The front door is located on the north side between a small front garden where you can park bicycles, scooters and motorcycles if required.
At the end of the garden, a driveway can be used to enter the garden.

As the 5th house unit from the street, it is very quietly located in the middle of a larger terraced housing estate in the town of Kolbermoor, between Rosenheim and Baid Aibling. There is a popular playground on the opposite side of the street. The kindergarten and elementary school are within walking distance. All other common schools up to grammar school can be reached on foot or by bicycle/bus. All the usual discount stores for shopping and two DIY stores are within a radius of 2 km.
