This store is a retail space with a gallery in the city center of Greiz. The store is adjacent to the town hall and our real estate office. The central bus stop is only a 2-minute walk away.
The store can be rented on a long-term basis. However, the aim of this offer is also to market it as a pop-up store, i.e. for short rental periods. The rents are staggered as follows.
1 week = 125,00 € + 70 € service charge
2 weeks = 220.00 € + 120 € service charge
3 weeks = 310,00 € + 170 € service charge
4 weeks = 350,00 € + 200 € service charge
1 weekend (Fri.-Mon.) = 70 € + 50 € service charge
1 day = 50 € + 20 € service charge
Open-ended tenancy agreement with monthly notice period = € 330.00 plus € 200 advance payment for operating costs, which will be used for billing.
