This exceptionally beautiful property with a large garden area is situated in a beautiful semi-elevated location directly on the edge of the forest at the end of a cul-de-sac.

The impressive detached house with a total living area of approx. 186 m² was built in 1966 on a 2,329 square meter south-west-facing plot in solid, solid construction and clad with a quarry stone façade on the first floor.
