The unit consists of two large offices (23 m² and 39 m²), a smaller office (17 m²) as well as a hallway, kitchenette, WC and shower room and is located in the semi-basement of the building with its own terrace exit.
Office 2/3 can be divided into two rooms if required; in office 1 there are prepared kitchen connections for drinking water and waste water.
It can also be used for residential purposes to a lesser extent (less than 50% of the floor area). With the existing shower, this offer is therefore also suitable for the self-employed, freelancers and commuters. Unfortunately, exclusive use as an apartment is not possible.
Use as a practice is also possible, provided that barrier-free access is not required or can be provided by arrangement.
If required, an additional room (16 m², east side, office no. 6) can be rented.
