Königstein im Taunus (Hesse) is a town and climatic health resort with around 16,830 inhabitants in the Hochtaunus district in the administrative district of Darmstadt. The district town is Bad Homburg vor der Höhe. The Hochtaunus district is one of the three districts with the highest purchasing power in Germany. The town is located on the southern and densely wooded slopes of the Taunus in the area surrounding the city of Frankfurt am Main. It is one of the most sought-after residential locations in the Rhine-Main region.
The property is conveniently located on the B 455 in the city center in a traffic-calmed area (30 km/h). Without having to use the busy Königstein traffic circle, you can reach the trade fair in Frankfurt (15 minutes by car), Goethe University (20 minutes by car) and the airport (22 minutes by car).
