    Apartment on the 2nd floor of an apartment building, old building with six tenants. Non-smoking offer. Attractive location with very good infrastructure: streetcar stop and shopping facilities are in the vicinity of the house. Few minutes driving time to the A 52 and to the city center.

    Bredeney and Schuir are located about six kilometers south of the city center and are the most luxuriously developed and expensive locations in Essen. The Krupp Villa Hügel, now a place of culture and representation, stands out as an attraction. In the single-family home locations, the lots are not infrequently 2,000 to 3,000 square meters in size. The northeast around Frankenstrasse is also a very fine area nestled in the woods. In the west of the district are the office park and the Bredeney administrative center.
