Attention tradespeople! We are offering you a completely new rental concept from a Swiss company. The so-called "Streetboxes" are revolutionizing commercial space in small to medium-sized companies. With a total area of approx. 102 m² spread over the ground floor and first floor, these boxes offer you a wide range of possibilities for commercial use. The boxes are currently in shell condition and would have to be fitted out by the tenant at their own expense. A detailed list of the equipment of each streetbox can be found further down in the exposé under "Equipment". The boxes have been completed by the landlord and could be rented and finally fitted out and occupied in the near future.
The rental prices of the boxes are divided into two categories. The rental price of a Streetbox without a technical room is €879 and the rental price of a Streetbox with a technical room is €769. In addition, there is a flat-rate service charge of €150/month and VAT.
If required, outdoor parking spaces can also be rented for €50/month.
