I am selling my 1-room apartment of approx. 42 sqm. Although it does not face the lake, it has a wonderful sun terrace.
The floor plan allows it to be divided into different areas. The hallway is also a dressing room thanks to the ceiling-high built-in wardrobe and the mirror on the inside of the apartment door. The stool in the adjacent bathroom is quickly to hand.
The kitchen is fully equipped. On the opposite side, you will also find a tall cupboard from the same furniture range with convenient drawers in the lower section and a glazed middle section. This is followed by the dining area. A smaller table would certainly be more suitable, but we have used an existing table, especially as we sometimes have a lot of visitors.

The electric roller shutter is located at the front edge of the canopy, so that the patio furniture can be well protected. There is a very practical PC workstation next to the patio door, making it easy to work with a view of the terrace.
The apartment also has an underground parking space near the driveway and a cellar room. In the communal property there is a room with washing machine + dryer and a sauna. The property is owned land.
The rent of € 260,- also includes the heating costs.
With the exception of the bathroom, everything was renovated in 2020.
If you leave the house and turn left twice, you will be looking out over the Baltic Sea in the Grünstrand area. It is a real pleasure to watch the large ferries. The sandy beach with beach chairs is approx. 300 m to the right, and the dog beach and the Brodtener Steilufer are approx. 300 m to the left. The residential complex is very well maintained and laid out like a park.
There is a bus stop, train station, restaurants, cafés etc. within walking distance.
