Thanks to extensive refurbishment, there is hardly anything left to remind us of the original year of construction in 1975. In the course of this, the conservatory was added, windows and doors were modernized and a dormer extension with a new roof (towards the garden) was added. Today, the red brick façade shines with color-coordinated, dark green shutters.
The half of the house is inviting, especially the paved granite stones of the driveway pave the way. The first floor is equipped with underfloor heating, which harmonizes perfectly with the granite floor. The hallway area forms the central focal point on this level. Both the kitchen, the spacious living area with the addition of the conservatory and the guest WC can be accessed from the hallway. To the left is the fitted kitchen with seating and pantry, where the washing machine and dryer are located.
The centerpiece is the spacious living area with integrated conservatory. The tiled stove, also known as the Black Forest stove, is the result of detailed craftsmanship. Floor-to-ceiling window elements with pleated blinds open up an unobstructed view of the field. The stylish Bangkirai terrace offers cozy seating in the middle of a green oasis. An awning and a cantilever parasol provide shade when required. The guest WC, tiled in pastel green, has been fitted with tasteful sanitaryware. A granite staircase leads to the upper floor, where three rooms are located. The bedroom and the office have a spacious dormer window that offers a magical view of the garden.
The entire upper floor has laminate flooring. From the bedroom, you have access to the converted loft, which is not included in the living space. However, it can easily be used for various hobbies. Both the south-east-facing guest room and the office have practical built-in wardrobes. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower and electric underfloor heating, and granite is used for the washbasin and flooring. A garage with an electric door and an adjoining boiler room and storage room complete the property. The heating was completely renewed in 2019. The property is very well maintained and continuously serviced.
The directly adjacent plot of land, right up to the field, can be leased if required. A practical woodshed can be used to store wood.
