I am renting out dry storage/cellar space in our property in Töging. The space is very suitable for storing items such as files or furniture. It can also be used as a warehouse for online retailers.

The ceiling height is 2.40m.
Access is possible 24/7 and is via stairs from the outside of the building. The goods can be brought into the cellar by freight elevator (load capacity 500kg, dimensions approx. 2.5m²).
Parking spaces are available in front of the building.
The thick walls ensure a pleasant and dry climate all year round.
