Property Description

The property is a listed 4-sided farmhouse in a fantastic location near Kraiburg (3km to the town center). On offer is a 3-room apartment with 113 square meters of living space, which will be fully developed and completely renovated in 2024. The apartment is still being renovated and is expected to be ready for first occupancy in November.
A new (2023 year of construction) wood chip heating system has already been built in the barn and the apartment is supplied via district heating. New windows, roof and exterior wall insulation have been installed, so that heating costs are also low. Around the courtyard there is a beautifully renovated "wooden hut" that can be rented for events or you can sit together there by arrangement. In addition, there are thousands of square meters of green space around the farm where you can let off steam or which can also be leased for animal husbandry, vegetable or fruit gardens or other purposes by arrangement. Many fruit trees are already present and the fruit can of course be harvested by arrangement.
