We are selling our cozy detached house as we are building a new one to suit our age.

The house is located in the center of Böchingen, a nice little village in the Südliche Weinstrasse district. A bakery, post office and bus stop (school bus) are in the immediate vicinity. Just a few minutes' walk away is the nursery and a great leisure area for young and old, with a playground, sandpit, soccer pitch, table tennis table, stream and picnic tables surrounded by greenery.
