For rent is a centrally yet very quietly located terraced corner house on the outskirts of Frontenhausen. Just the thing after a hard day's work. The exact year of construction of the property is not known and is stated in the energy certificate as approx. 1900. At approx. 304 m², the plot is large enough to comfortably accommodate a small sunny garden with a south-west orientation as well as a garage and carport.
According to the existing plans from 1958, the house was planned and used as a single-family house on E + 1, but is suitable for up to three parties due to the current floor plan.
Some renovations have already been carried out this year 2021.

"Kaiserschmarrndrama" brings Eberhofer fever to Frontenhausen
The tranquil Lower Bavarian town of Frontenhausen has become famous practically overnight as the setting for the Eberhofer thrillers. As more and more film tourists visit the location, the market town in the district of Dingolfing-Landau is now breaking new ground.
Film tourists now come from all over Germany, Austria and Switzerland to see the filming locations and the Franz Eberhofer traffic circle - the most famous traffic circle in German film history. The tourism association of Eastern Bavaria even speculates that it is "probably the most famous traffic circle in Germany". In the meantime, village policeman Franz Eberhofer and his buddy Rudi Birkenberger are immortalized in steel on the traffic circle.
