About this dream house

Property Description

The beautiful, listed rectory, built around 1786, has been lovingly and sustainably restored. This property combines historical charm with modern living comfort and offers a generous and stylish quality of life on approx. 187 sqm of living space. The approximately 1155 sqm plot is located on the quiet outskirts of the village, surrounded by the picturesque, lake-rich landscape of the western Havel region near the town of Brandenburg an der Havel.

The careful restoration of the charming vicarage with natural materials such as clay plaster in the interior and the spacious room layout make it an ideal home for families and nature lovers. The average ceiling height of the generously proportioned rooms is 3 meters.
The spacious kitchen with an area of over 30 square meters and the beautiful view of the paddocks as well as the extensive garden and the quiet location make this house an oasis of relaxation and recreation.

It should not go unmentioned that you can save a lot of tax as the new owner of this listed property. The depreciation rates for the purchase price and the renovation of listed buildings are very attractive. In addition, unlike new buildings and unprotected old buildings, owner-occupiers also benefit from this depreciation.

It is with a heavy heart that we are parting with this unique vicarage due to a career change.

Experience the symbiosis of history, nature and modern living in this idyllic vicarage in Bensdorf!
