Top floor apartment in a small apartment building, quiet location. Non-smoking offer. The apartment consists of a living room, a bedroom, a small kitchen, a small bathroom and a further room which can be used as a second bedroom or as a study/dining room.
The rent is calculated for one person and already includes the operating and heating costs as well as the costs for internet access. If the apartment is rented to two people, the rent is increased by € 100 and electricity costs must be paid separately.
An energy certificate is not yet available from the landlord, but has been requested. Laminate flooring, modern furniture.
