This light-flooded & charming 4.5-room attic loft apartment, which is located in a renovated former school building (5-parties), conveys a sense of space of wood & modernity.
The old beam constructions characterize the spacious, open-plan living space of around 165 m2. They lend a special charm. The "lower" living area impresses with a fireplace, a cozy seating area and a dining area. Everything is perfect for social gatherings.
The opposite side with fitted kitchen, equipped with a cooking island (with gas hob), invites you to cook. A large pantry, located directly in front of the apartment, offers plenty of storage space. A guest WC rounds off the lower area.
A few steps lead from the representative lower area to the "middle" level, which can be used flexibly as a library, retreat or coaching corner. If required, a glass partition serves as an acoustic and spatial separation from the lower living area. Two bright bedrooms with blackout blinds are located at the rear of this living level. One serves as the master bedroom and is directly connected to a large daylight bathroom. This bathroom has a free-standing floor-to-ceiling shower, a corner bathtub, two washbasins, a WC and a walk-in closet. The second room can be used as a bedroom, guest room or home office. A small utility room for washing machine and dryer complete the space on this level.
On the top level there are two island-like areas that can be used in a variety of ways, e.g. as a home office and/or coaching area or as a creative corner.
The large communal garden with fruit trees, a meadow and a paved seating area invite you to spend relaxing moments outdoors. It offers space for relaxation, socializing and recreation, as well as play areas for children.
