Non-smoking offer, rental to one or two persons. The center of Werne with shopping facilities, snack bars and restaurants can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The Heroldstraße bus station is 350 meters from the apartment and is served by several bus lines. The A 40 and A 43 highways can be reached in a short drive.
The rent already includes the operating costs and an advance payment for gas and water, consumption is billed. The electricity costs are to be paid in addition.

Werne
Bochum Werne is located about five kilometers east of the city of Bochum. Werne still has an almost village-like core, surrounded by single-family homes and apartment buildings of moderate density. Landscape gems are the Ümmiger See lake in the far south and the Harpener Teiche ponds on the northwestern edge of Werne.
