The apartment is located on the top (4th) floor of a well-kept apartment building and has been extensively renovated. Among other things, the electrical installations, doors and kitchen floor were completely renewed.
The room is rented fully furnished and includes a closet, a bed with mattress, a desk with chair, a ceiling lamp and a curtain rail.
The new fitted kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need: Fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor hood, sink, wall and base units and a worktop. A dining table with chairs and a ceiling lamp complete the kitchen area.
In addition, the hallway with practical built-in cupboards provides ample storage space. Modern ceiling lights flood the rooms with pleasant light.
The bathroom is equipped with a modern mirror cabinet, a shower, a bathtub and a washing machine connection. A guest WC offers additional comfort.

The room is rented at an inclusive rent that covers all costs incurred. The rent includes the cold and warm operating costs as well as the costs for electricity and internet. In addition, the rent includes a furnishing surcharge, which covers the use of the furniture provided as well as all furnishings and cellar space. All ancillary costs are therefore already included in the rent.

We are happy for flatmates to get together for cooking and cozy evenings, but please note that we do not want a party flat share. This is more about a relaxed and pleasant shared flat life where everyone meets at eye level and shows consideration for each other.
The micro-location of the apartment in Kirchheim is characterized by excellent public transport connections. The Kirchheim/Rohrbach S-Bahn station is less than a 5-minute walk away. In the opposite direction, the nearby Odenwaldstraße streetcar station offers additional connections.
