I am renting out a basement apartment with immediate effect to a maximum of tenants only, as we unfortunately have problems with humidity when several people stay here (despite the built-in fans), as the walls should not be covered with excessively large cupboards.
The warm rent of 780 euros includes heating, electricity and the other usual ancillary costs. The basic rent is 550 euros, the parking space costs 30 euros and 200 euros is the advance payment for ancillary costs.
