Do you only need meeting or seminar rooms occasionally? Then you've come to the right place! You can rent a 40 sqm room from us. This is located on the 4th floor of an office building within a 240 sqm design loft. You have a fantastic unobstructed view to the west directly into the Wollmatinger Ried. The room is very bright and has windows on two sides, 5 in total. The seminar and meeting rooms can be used by arrangement and are included in the price.
You can expect a fully equipped, representative floor that offers numerous possibilities for customer receptions, meetings and events. Flip charts, projectors and pin boards are also available for use.
A fully equipped kitchen with 3 refrigerators, oven, stove and two WCs are available. A fast internet connection is included in the price and a LAN cable is available in the room.
We are looking for a tenant who appreciates the advantages of our space and is interested in a pleasant atmosphere, ideally from the consulting sector.
The room is preferably rented furnished (by prior arrangement). The floors are fitted with easy-care vinyl, a desk, office chair and office cupboards can be provided free of charge.

From here you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Wollmatinger Ried, the water tower on the Bleiche, the cathedral in Constance and the Swiss Alps with the Santis. The nearest bus stop is only 5 minutes away (line 6). There are numerous hotels in the surrounding area and the Seerhein is only a few steps away.
