About this dream house

Property Description

We are selling this house in need of renovation with barn on 480m² of land
The property was acquired by us together with the neighboring property from a community of heirs.
The building was erected in 1930.
The exterior walls are made of robust and beautiful sandstone.
In 1982, a building application was approved for an extension on the garden side for the residential part. However, the interior of the property was never completed.
The property requires extensive core renovation if it is to be used as a residential property with a barn.

Our plan was to submit a building application for a conversion (with dormers in the attic and an extension towards the garden) to create several residential units.
Unfortunately, we don't have the time to realize this project.

We have not attached pictures of the interior, as the property undoubtedly needs at least a core renovation.
A viewing is of course possible by arrangement.
