This newly renovated apartment in an old building is located on the second floor of a completely renovated former inn from the 18th century. It offers plenty of space for a family, many hobbies, a home office or even a shared apartment, depending on your wishes. Three separate rooms, a very spacious living/dining room, a kitchen, two bathrooms and a guest WC allow you to spread out. A beautiful wood-effect vinyl floor with excellent footfall sound insulation has been laid and the original doors and frames have been extensively refurbished.
The apartment is currently offered without a kitchen if you wish to bring your own kitchen with you when you move in. However, a fitted kitchen can be installed by arrangement.
One of the bathrooms is directly adjacent to a bedroom and can therefore be used very comfortably. This is currently being renovated with a new shower tray and modernization of the tiles.

Duttenberg is a northern district of Bad Friedrichshall with around 1,100 inhabitants. Situated directly in vineyards and fields above the river Jagst, Duttenberg offers a very high local recreational value. The town has an elementary school, a kindergarten and a forest kindergarten.
Well-known companies such as the Schwarz Group, Audi, Südzucker, Bosch and Bechtle are located in the immediate vicinity. The new headquarters of LIDL and the new Schwarz Digits campus can be reached by car in around 10 minutes.
The A6 and A81 highways have excellent connections, and Bad Friedrichshall main station is a hub for the Stuttgart - Würzburg and Stuttgart - Heidelberg/Frankfurt lines.
