The architecture and appearance of the building clearly sets it apart from other offerings in the city and will impress you.
The apartment on offer is located on the 4th floor of the apartment building and was completely renovated in 2021.
The apartment is entered via the hallway, to the right you enter the modern bathroom with high-quality stone washbasin and bathtub, straight ahead through a small dressing room into the adjoining bedroom and to the left into the open-plan kitchen, which leads into the adjoining living room.
The kitchen was installed by the current tenant in 2023 and is available for purchase. The transfer price is to be agreed with the tenant.

Bad Langensalza is a very lovable town and looks back on an impressive history. As one of only five Thuringian woad towns, the town was allowed in the Middle Ages to trade in the very expensive plant woad, which provides a blue substance for dyeing, which was of great importance in the past. This led to enormous prosperity, of which the very well preserved and third largest old town in Thuringia still bears witness today.
In addition, the quality of life in the most flourishing city of Thuringia is enhanced by a variety of gardens, including the Rose Garden, the Botanical Garden, as well as the exotic Japanese Garden of Bliss, all of which are located less than 1km from the property. As a result of this offer, Bad Langensalza will be a branch of the 2021 Federal Garden Show in Erfurt.
Furthermore, the name "Green City" is also justified by the nearby 7500 hectare Hainich National Park, which was classified by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.
The Kastanienpark area is a preferred and well-kept residential area. This is reflected in the attractive new development area in the direct neighborhood, which was built with single-family houses. For families, the playground at the house is an important decision criterion, whereas older citizens appreciate the proximity to the city center and to the stores of daily needs as an advantage. The supra-regionally known thermal spa ties in with the over 200 year old spa tradition of the place and is located only 600m away.
