The plot is beautifully landscaped and has grown in nicely over the years with 2 terraces, awning and privacy screen. The house also has a lockable carport with an electric gate. The carport has an extension with a daylight window and thus offers additional storage space for everything around the house and garden. Garden furniture and cushions can also be stored in the garden shed.

The light conditions and the view of the garden from the living area through the lift and slide system are worth a mention. The sliding system has insect blinds and various other windows also have insect screens. Electric external blinds are fitted throughout the first floor. There is also a utility room and a guest WC on the ground floor, both with natural light. There is also a storage area with a door under the stairs. The furnishings are timeless with some tiles, wooden parquet flooring and white real wood doors.
There is pleasant underfloor heating throughout the ground floor and first floor, the studio on the first floor is equipped with radiators. New laminate flooring has been laid throughout the upper floor with bedroom, children's room and hallway. The bedroom with large dormer corresponds to the size of the living/dining area on the ground floor. It could be divided into two rooms if required.
