We are selling a restaurant/cafe with 2 very large vacation apartments in Hahnenklee, which will be open until 31.05.2024.
For years there have been far too few restaurants in Hahnenklee, the existing restaurants sometimes have to turn away up to 150 guests a day and put them off until another day. Without table reservations, it is difficult to spontaneously get a table in a restaurant in Hahnenklee. Up to now, the owners and their families and employees have lived in the large building. The house was built in 1960 and extensively renovated in 1995. The guest room was furnished to a very high standard in Tyrolean style. The exterior facade is made of wood.
Due to the size of approx. 600 square meters as well as the many rooms and full bathrooms, plus cellar and spacious attic, another type of use is also well conceivable. The restaurant/cafe could easily be run as a hostel, hostel plus, bar or as a pure vacation home with several vacation apartments.
