Hemmersdorf is a district of Rehlingen-Siersburg and is idyllically situated in the Nied valley, a popular place for local recreation. A bakery, doctors, pharmacy, hairdresser, restaurant with beer garden, even a nationally renowned schnapps distillery and much more: Hemmersdorf is a great place to live. The intact village community and the proximity to the school and shopping towns of Dillingen and Saarlouis on the one hand and neighboring Lorraine on the other are particularly noteworthy.

The house is idyllically situated in a very quiet cul-de-sac. A small stream runs opposite. (Due to the slight slope of the property, there have been no problems with flooding to date).
