Recklinghausen, districts of Bockhold/Speckhorn/Hochlar
The three sparsely populated, almost rural areas lie like a quarter circle two to five kilometers west to north of downtown Recklinghausen. To the north is the landscape conservation area. Near the Knappschaftskrankenhaus (miners' hospital), almost in the countryside, and close to the Recklinghausen-Nord freeway junction, the buildings of the Ruhrfestspiele are located in the city garden. To the far north is a small industrial park. Buses run in the direction of the city center and Herten.
