A wood-burning stove will be installed between the living and dining room this month. A large garage and a parking space are available. The garden is partly for the sole use of the ground floor apartment, including maintenance and mowing.
The fitted kitchen is available, the electrical appliances are the tenant's responsibility.
Unfortunately, there is always trouble with animal husbandry pollution / noise in apartments, therefore we would like to point out that animal husbandry dog / cat in this apartment is not possible.
The house is situated on the edge of a field in a ring road and is almost free of traffic.
