For a joint building project we are looking for a building partner for a semi-detached house in a quiet residential area in 71144 Steinenbronn.

We are only selling the plot privately and would like to inform you about the planned semi-detached house costs. There are no estate agent fees for you. The other costs such as notary etc. are only added to the land price!

The architect's house will be built in solid construction by the company U-Haus Massivhaus GmbH. The house can still be planned individually by you, which means you discuss all the details with the developer U-Haus. You will conclude your own building contract with U-Haus Massivhaus GmbH.
