The foundation of the house was built in 1966 using conventional construction methods. The last extension was carried out in 1986 and the planning and execution of this work was supervised by a renowned architect.
When we bought the house in 1999, we carried out extensive renovation work (corresponding documents can be provided), but it was not until 2018/19 that we carried out further modernization work, placing great emphasis on high-quality materials such as real wood parquet. Especially in the bathroom and kitchen, we have endeavored to implement modern design paired with practicality.

The district of Hittfeld belongs to the municipality of Seevetal and is an extremely popular place to live for young families due to its central, convenient location and proximity to Hamburg.
Hittfeld has a very good infrastructure and yet has retained its village character. The town is located in an attractive environment characterized by forests and meadows.
It has a wide range of shopping facilities, pharmacies and doctors. The offer is rounded off by a varied gastronomy.
There is an extensive range of sports and leisure activities for all age groups, so that all generations can feel at home here.
Our house is located in a quiet side street about 0.5 kilometers from the village center. In just a few minutes, you can reach several daycare centers as well as the elementary school. A grammar school and an integrated comprehensive school are also on site.
The bus to Hittfeld train station and Harburg city center (connections to Hamburg city center and long-distance trains) is a 2-minute walk away. The A1 and A7 motorways to Hamburg, Hanover, Bremen and Lübeck are also just a 5-minute drive away.
