The apartment building on offer here was built in 1930 in solid construction. It is a hollow chamber masonry. In some areas, the basement ceilings were subsequently insulated with polystyrene. The roof was re-roofed around 1997. Some of the beams were reinforced, the underlays were renewed and the top floor ceiling was insulated.
The property has a total of five apartments, each of which is heated by its own gas boiler. One gas boiler was already replaced in 2021, the other four last year.
