Thanks to the EOF subsidy program, you benefit from a reduced basic rent. The regular rent of €8.20/m² is reduced to €4.80/m² or €5.80/m² thanks to the subsidy. For the apartment on offer, this means an effective basic rent of just €346.08 instead of a basic rent of €591.
A certificate of eligibility for housing (WBS) of income level II or III is required to rent this apartment. Unfortunately, it is not possible to rent without this certificate.
Depending on household size and income level, your net income should be approximately as follows:
For 2 persons: between € 2,300 and € 3,600
For 3 people: between €2,800 and €4,760
For 4 people: between €3,300 and €5,900
