In addition to a few terraced houses (5 rooms, approx. 130m²), a few apartments will soon be available; the former four-sided farm was specially designed for families. Start of rental on 1.2.25.
Children will enjoy using the modern playground in the village, for which even the residents have donated. The allotment area in the village could also be interesting for growing organic vegetables, for example. Fresh chicken eggs are available from the neighbor. Spontaneous excursions or walks are also possible, as there is a paradise between the lakes on the doorstep to explore. The huge Bilantes Park also feels like a stone's throw away, and the children may love it.
A shuttle bus picks up the children in the morning and distributes them to the surrounding schools.
