This property is a typical new farmhouse which was built in the course of the post-war land reform. It was once owned by a family together with the neighboring property. However, due to inheritance and the resulting disputes, the property became a semi-detached house.
The apartment on the first floor was last occupied by an elderly lady, who largely refrained from modernizing it. Only the bathroom, which is located in the annex, was modernized together with the heating in 1993. In 2005, the attic and part of the extension were extended and the roof was renewed. However, due to a lack of money, some of the work had to be done by the owners themselves, which was not always a masterstroke.

Priborn is located around 10 kilometers south of the town of Röbel/Müritz and around 20 kilometers north of Wittstock/Dosse. Thanks to its proximity to the A19 highway, the village is well connected to the larger cities. Berlin can be reached in just over 1 hour. The nearest train stations are in Waren (approx. 30 minutes) and Wittstock (approx. 20 minutes).
