The former farmhouse was built in solid construction in 1836 and converted into a two-family house between 1978 and 1980:
House 1 is the former farmhouse, it was divided into two self-contained residential units (see plan = A and B) around the year 2000. Under house 1 is a vaulted cellar (4.50 x 4.50 m) for storing vegetables, potatoes and wine.
Access to residential unit A on the ground floor is via the north side. Access to the residential unit on the 1st floor is via an external staircase on the south side.
House 2: The former stable and barn were converted around 1978 into a spacious apartment (1st floor and attic) with an integrated granny apartment (1st floor) and guest apartment (ground floor). In 1996, the granny apartment and the apartment on the 1st floor were joined by a double door (which can be reversed at any time). On the ground floor there are utility rooms, pellet heating and access to the garage.
In the attic there is a large living room and a bathroom with WC, as well as storage rooms.
The barn opposite is designed for keeping horses and has space for several horses in a spacious open stable of approx. 70 sqm and 2 boxes (6m x 2.50 m). The paddock and the riding arena have a total of 2500 square meters.
There is also a rider's lounge, sanitary room, tack room, feed store and a wood store. Hay meadow with 1.8 ha.
The buildings are surrounded by beech hedges and a beautifully grown tree population, as well as productive walnut and fruit trees (plum, cherry, apple, quince).
Due to the many design possibilities, the property is suitable as a multi-generational house, seminar house or for renting out.
