About this dream house

Property Description

In 2015, we completed the new construction of this very, very beautiful, bright coach house.
Since then, one tenant has lived in it (until the end of September 2024), now the house is vacant.
On the ground floor: Fine concrete trowel floor with underfloor heating.
On the 1st floor: Partly the same material (small hallway) or solid wood floorboards in the rooms and parts of the hallway and tiled floor in the bathroom.
The property is part of a newly created community of owners and is legally a condominium.
There is a special right to use the garden in front of the shed, the area under the conservatory (e.g. for bicycles, garden tools,...) and the adjacent cellar compartment in the side wing (quite large).
