The property offered here is a former production facility located in a district of Ruhla (Thal) near Wutha-Farnroda. It is located directly on the connecting road between the two towns and is situated in a mixed-use area. The highway junction Eisenach Ost of the A4 can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.
