You enter through the front door into the former inner courtyard and stand in the middle of the entrance to the two houses, which are now joined together.
To the right of the front door, a few steps take you into the slightly larger main house, where you are immediately in the kitchen. Three paths lead off from there: The living room, the guest toilet and a staircase that leads up to the upper floor.
Upstairs there is a shower room and another toilet and to the left is an anteroom (usable as a dressing room or office) from which a bedroom and a slightly smaller children's room lead off. An extension of the bedroom on the right leads to a conservatory and behind it, a few steps lead down to the large and fantastic roof terrace, the ultimate summer highlight of these two houses.
From the house entrance on the left, you enter a second living room, equipped with a warming wood-burning stove and a brick pizza oven. This room is the heart of both houses in the cold season.
From this room you come to another toilet at the back and a staircase leading up to a summer kitchen. Behind a patio door you come back to the wonderful roof terrace and can enjoy the magnificent view over the rooftops or simply relax and unwind.
Straight ahead, you can go straight down the stairs into the large vaulted cellar, which offers you plenty of space as a pantry and/or storage area.
The house on the left has a vaulted cellar and the house on the right has a full cellar. It has an attic. The roof is original and uninsulated. We also added new roofs during the extensions, as you can see in the cover picture.
