Property Description

This spacious, stately detached house in bungalow style with a plot of 822 sqm is a rarity that requires only a few repairs. Only the bathrooms need to be renovated, as the visual appearance in the olive/brown color probably no longer corresponds to today's taste (or retro style is appreciated). However, the 3 skylights need to be renewed, whereby the 3rd skylight in the stairwell only needs a new coat of paint.

The heating/ underfloor heating was switched to district heating in 2015.
