"Grüne Mitte" residential complex - Elverdisser Straße 29A-D in Bielefeld, 2022
From mid-2022, Bernd & Frank Stopfel GBR are planning a residential complex with four apartment buildings in the middle of the neighborhood on the site of a former indoor tennis hall and outdoor tennis courts. A total of 36 rental apartments with 2 to 4 room layouts will be built.
All apartments are equipped with balconies or terraces. The spacious plot allows for above-ground parking and ample, high-quality greenery throughout the complex. An above-average number of bicycle parking spaces, some of them covered, will be created.
The façade design features generously glazed stairwells and various rendered surfaces with smooth and broom textures. The aim is to use color shades in warm tones.
The energy design should meet the KFW40 GEG requirements.
All buildings are heated by heat pumps.
