The Tiny House is a fully-fledged EH-55 residential building with normal supply lines for electricity, water and waste water - all in an optimized small format with the advantage of mobility. The micro house meets the high requirements of the German Building Energy Act (GEG, formerly EnEV) as an Efficiency House 55 with the appropriate configuration.
For structural reasons, the Tiny House has a high-strength safety steel frame. The interior and exterior cladding are made entirely of wood. In between, modern high-tech thermal insulation ensures the necessary implementation of the energy-saving heating concept. Thermopane and safety glazed windows round off the excellent insulation. The elegant roof covering made of painted aluminum and the internal gutters underline the elegant overall impression.
The space-optimized furnishings, specially designed for the house, offer all the requirements of a home on the one hand and the necessary freedom of movement on the other, making the interior feel much larger. A modern fitted kitchen with electrical appliances, a complete shower room, the sleeping loft and the living area with sitting area, dining table and plenty of storage space leave nothing to be desired.
Heating is provided by an electronically controlled pellet stove. The monobloc air conditioning system in the sleeping loft also provides cooling, heating, ventilation and dehumidification.
