Werder (Havel) is nestled between the Havel, Schwielowsee, Glindowsee, Großer Plessower See and Zernsee lakes and means "land surrounded by water". Wouldn't you like to live and work here where other people go on vacation?
The proximity to Potsdam and Berlin, as well as a very good infrastructure, make Werder an attractive business location with a very high quality of life. Werder (Havel) is well known for its annual tree blossom festival and attracts many guests from near and far.
All facilities for daily needs such as supermarkets, doctors, pharmacies, kindergartens, schools, etc. are within walking distance.
The connection to the cities of Potsdam (approx. 10 km) and Berlin (approx. 35 km) can be made optimally by public transportation (to Potsdam 6 min. and Berlin-City approx. 35 min. with the regional train RE1 every 30 minutes).
Various city buses connect the districts with Werder (Havel). There are further connections via Schwielowsee to Potsdam (631) and from Potsdam via Kloster Lehnin to Bad Belzig (580).
