Next to the hallway with shelving, wardrobe and bench is the brightly tiled bathroom with window, corner bath with shower attachment and a large washbasin with mirror cabinet. On the 1st floor is the bedroom with double bed and another TV set, in front of it a small room with desk and office swivel chair as well as a walk-in wardrobe with sliding door. The washing machine is in the basement of the house (old building basement), drying possibility there or in the garden given.

Günnigfeld is located on the city limits of Gelsenkirchen, around five kilometers northwest of the center of Bochum. It is a predominantly loosely built-up area whose southwest is occupied by the Wattenscheid industrial estate. Nearby are two green spaces, fields, meadows and a green slag heap in the largely undeveloped northern part. Transport links: 2 km to the A 40, buses run in the direction of Gelsenkirchen, Herne, BO-Dahlhausen.
