It comprises a small hallway, a small and a larger bedroom, a living room, a kitchen with a great fitted kitchen, a bathroom with shower, window and washing machine connection.
If you rent this apartment, you must be aware that you live directly on a street. However, the bedroom is to the rear and the living room to the side. Since the house borders directly on the sidewalk and is located on the corner of the school street, many students pass by the windows of the kitchen and bathroom during the day. Due to the street, increased protection is to be expected at these windows.
An outside parking space can be rented. There is no cellar.
