For sale here in the imperial palace of Memleben is a 3-sided farmhouse with a large plot and access to the Unstrut, whose year of construction is unknown. The house, which has a vaulted cellar with a partial basement, has been permanently modernized since 2012. Among other things, the entire electrical system has been renewed. A completely new floor structure with insulation was installed in the kitchen, dining area and bathroom. Underfloor heating was installed here.
The entire house was re-plastered with clay or left partially natural. Some areas were painted with lime-casein paint. The old half-timbering is partially exposed.
The heating system is a central oil heating system, separate from the house. It is also possible to heat the house with a tiled stove.

The attic has not been converted. The guest bathroom has not yet been completed. Another bathroom is located in the heating area in the former stable area.
