"Schloss Pötenitz" is an innovative renovation project that aims to revive a historic, listed manor house not far from the Baltic Sea coast and transform it into a stylish and sustainable vacation concept. The focus is on a community-oriented yet private form of living that promotes both an exclusive retreat and interaction and togetherness. 21 suites of different sizes (from approx. 20 m² to around 90 m²) will be carefully integrated into the structure of the manor house so that they meet different needs - from weekend to long-term stays. The project is being carried out by Schloss Pötenitz Planungs- und Baugemeinschaft GbR and Gutshof Pötenitz Planungs- und Baugemeinschaft GbR, who are pursuing the goal of saving the manor house "Schloss Pötenitz", combined with its own use and central rental to guests and vacationers.
In addition to participating in the Schloss Pötenitz building consortium, you have the opportunity to invest in stylish stables at the manor house that have been converted into luxurious apartments.

The building community project is based on a well thought-out mix of spacious, stylish communal areas with a high standard of design and private retreats. The heart of the castle is the shared 67 m² Red Hall on the Belle-Etage with the "Convivium" in the center. This place serves as a meeting point for discussions, cooking together and socializing. The name emphasizes the social aspect and at the same time conveys exclusivity and elegance. Adjacent to this center are further representative historical rooms with different functions, which offer space for socializing, relaxation, meeting and contemplation: the white hall with its 70 m² offers enough space for large banquets and cultural and musical events. In addition to the representative entrance portal and the vestibule with fireplace, the wine room with its historic oak paneling will be restored. Behind the vestibule are the historic billiard room, the library and the salon with fireplace and comfortable upholstered furniture.
In the basement, a luxurious wellness area with a pool, whirlpool, two saunas and relaxation zones is being created in the historic vaulted cellar and an extension in front of it. Another area with a view of the park offers space for fitness and yoga.
The suites are located on the two upper floors of the manor house. The different sizes of the suites offer living space that is precisely tailored to the needs of the members - from the compact two-bed suite to the spacious apartment with up to six beds. Each suite is equipped with its own comfortable bathroom and pantry kitchen. Together with our interior designers, we create individual retreats to suit every taste.
A terrace and a conservatory create a link between inside and outside. They connect the salon on the Belle floor with the surrounding nature.
