The beautifully designed penthouse apartment has a bedroom, a small office room - ideal for a home office and a spacious living/dining area with an open kitchen. The kitchen including the electrical appliances are approx. 1.5 years old.
The apartment is located in an apartment building built in 1994 with 8 lots and is heated by gas central heating. A current energy certificate is available. The apartment has been constantly modernized (details, see below), so the current condition is excellent.
