The guest room was completely redesigned and refurbished by a catering and hotel interior designer in 2013. The tasteful and timeless furnishings can be used flexibly for smaller and larger groups and are hard-wearing and easy to clean.
The counter is a highlight. In addition to the practical refrigerated drinks drawers, a beer dispenser is integrated here, which is supplied from the barrel cellar.
The building, sound, refrigeration and ventilation systems were completely reinstalled in 2013. The lighting technology, some of which can be individually controlled via LED, was also newly installed in 2013 and offers you a cozy lighting ambience.
The barrier-free toilets are located next to the dining room. Another plus point is the disabled toilet with changing table, which is located next to the entrance to the guest room. The entire facility from the parking lot to the dining room is wheelchair accessible.
The spacious catering kitchen, which is pleasantly bright thanks to natural daylight, guarantees professional and time-saving work processes. Here you will find all kitchen appliances, even a new pizza oven can be taken over if required. The cold room is located directly in the kitchen area.
The staff area with changing room and staff WC can be accessed keylessly via a side entrance.
The covered and locked drinks and storage area can be reached directly from the kitchen entrance.
The offer also includes a storage room in the basement (accessible via the underground garage ramp) as well as the barrel room with additional storage space.
If you wish, you can also rent underground parking spaces for your staff or, of course, for the operator.
