The property is very interesting for craftsmen. You should not be afraid to tackle it yourself and turn the house into your new home.
The large house offers plenty of space for a family with many children. The garden has also been used as a kitchen garden for decades. The sunny location is ideal if you want to grow your own vegetables and salad.
In the former very large workshop (garage) you have enough space for a dry parking space and can also store your tools.
You can store your garden tools in the adjoining storage rooms, for example.
