Hello, I hereby publish the following wanted ad for a very nice family whom I would like to help in their search for a suitable home:

We are a family with two children (4 and 1 year old) and need more space to live, play, work and laugh! We currently live in a much too small apartment with far too little space for our children and no office, which presents us with enormous challenges, especially during the Corona pandemic.
We are therefore URGENTLY looking for a building plot/demolition site to build our new home. The plot should be 400 square meters or larger. Our budget here is around €300,000.
Alternatively, we are also looking for an existing property, which should not be older than 10 years and which has three bedrooms and an office. There should also be a garden for romping and playing. We would be very pleased to receive offers up to a maximum of €800,000.
Do you want to sell a property/your house or do you know someone who owns one? We would be delighted to find a suitable home for us.
